We are also seeking volunteers to help with this major event! 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TICKETS:

  • $65 if purchased by Oct 17, then price increases to $70, while supplies last.
  • Event is limited to 150 attendees and sell-out is expected. No admission sales at the gate.
  • Anyone can buy raffle tickets and enter the drawing. You do not need to be present to win.
  • Your purchase benefits our nonprofit organization, but none of the ticket price qualifies as a tax-deductible donation.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:

  • All purchases are final, but Buyer may transfer their ticket(s) to another person.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation by the Buyer. If LVHS is able to re-sell a cancelled ticket, we may offer a partial refund, minus processing fees, at our discretion.
  • Event takes place outdoors in the open. There is no rain date or location. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Buyers will be contacted with further information. 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Attendees should bring their own shucking knife/glove and are welcome to bring favorite condiments.
  • Oysters are served at communal standing-height tables. Attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs for eating and relaxing in other areas of the event grounds. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility concerns. 
  • No pets, no smoking/vaping, no outside beverages, and no take-out containers permitted.
  • Please dress for the weather and outdoor location.
